I forgot my password, help!

In the event, that your account is locked or you have forgotten the password to your account, please do the following to unlock the account:

1. Navigate to the NORMA log-in screen (https://norma.novonordiskfonden.dk/).
2. Below the Login button, there is a "Forgot Password?" link. 
3. Input the relevant e-mail and check-off the reCAPTCHA. 
4. You will shortly after receive an e-mail from NORMA with an activation link. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the e-mail.
5. Click the activation link and input a new password.

If you continue to experience difficulties with logging-in, please submit a ticket and we will assist you as soon as possible.
