Any changes to the scope, budget or participants in a grant should be reported back to NNF. In the event, there is a need to change the Administrator for a grant, the Grant Holder should do the following:

  1. Log into NORMA and navigate to the Grant Holder Portal (found on upper right side).
  2. Under "My grants" window, find the relevant grant and click Change Request to create a new activity. Please note that depending on the resolution of your screen, it may be necessary to use the slide bar at the bottom of the window to gain visibility of the button.
  3. Select the relevant type of change request - Change Administrator.
  4. On the left side menu, click Invitations, to invite the new Administrator.

  1. Fill-in the relevant fields and select role Administrator.
  2. Click Invite. The Administrator receives an e-mail notification with information about the grant, such as Grant ID, Grant Holder Name, Project Title. If the new Administrator does not exist in NORMA, an e-mail with log-in details is sent to them afterwards after registration.
  3. The Grant Holder will receive an e-mail notification whether the Administrator has accepted or declined the invitation.new administrator change request.jpg
  4. Provide a reason for the change request. You can also upload documentation if necessary.
  5. Click Submit.

The change request has now been submitted to NNF and is awaiting approval. It can take up to a week before NNF approves a change request and there could be revisions required.

If the change request needs to be processed quickly, we recommend you communicate with the responsible NNF contact person found in the grant agreement or in the call guidelines.
