For certain reasons, there may be a need to make changes to the project's end date. Note it is only the Grant Holder who can submit change requests.
- In NORMA, to change the end date, the Grant Holder must create a new change request from the Grant Holder Portal.
- Click on the Change Request button and select the Change grant end date option.
- Regardless of the type of change request, it is mandatory to specify a reason for requesting the change. If needed, documentation can be included with the Upload-button at the bottom of the screen.
- When all required fields have been completed, click Submit and the next step goes to the NNF grant officer for approval.
When the Change Request is approved, the end date is updated accordingly.
