    • What they do: The Administrator handles all administrative tasks related to the grant on behalf of the Grant Holder. This includes:
      • Requesting payments from the grant funds.
      • Preparing and submitting financial reports.
      • Making budget revisions, if necessary.
    • Important note: The Grant Holder (the person leading the project) cannot serve as the Administrator.
  2. Institution Signee:

    • What they do: This person is responsible for signing the grant agreement during the Grant Acceptance process.
    • Important note: The Institution Signee should not be directly involved in the project itself. Their role is to formally agree to the terms of the grant on behalf of the administrating institution.
  3. Grant Holder:
    • Who they are: The project lead or principal investigator for the grant.
    • What they do: The Grant Holder oversees the overall project funded by the grant. Their responsibilities include:
      • Assigning a suitable Administrator to manage administrative tasks.
      • Handling any requests for changes that may arise during the grant's lifecycle, such as budget-related or stakeholder changes.
    • Important note: The Grant Holder focuses on the scientific or project-related aspects, while the Administrator handles administrative functions.
